LinkedIn launches its on version of Stories – What is new?

Stories are everywhere, literally, even on LinkedIn now. The platform is the latest to add the ephemeral slideshow feature, hoping to reengage with the younger audiences. LinkedIn is trying hard to rebuild its reputation as a true social media platforms. Of course, the company wants to do so without losing its positioning as the leading professional networking platform. After new Pages, new advertising objectives, this time LinkedIn is introducing more social features that, it hopes, will reengage its younger audience, students. “Student Voices” are the first version of LinkedIn Stories. For now the feature is only available to university students in the US but LinkedIn has plans to extend the feature to more user sets in the near future.
