Future of Facebook 

News you want to use week 19.

During the F8 conference we could learn a lot about Facebooks future. One of the more interesting aspects was the positioning of the different services. The biggest surprise was that Facebook will have a heavy focus on Groups. The position going forward will be:

  • Facebook: Community
  • Messenger: Closest friends
  • Instagram: Expression

WhatsApp will be a service positioned in between the three above.
