Former TikTok employee is building a new social media platform

The new social media app is Canopy. It’s described as a place where creators and influencers can network, share information and for lack of a better word, spill the tea. All the users are anonymous. It’s primed for gossip to say the least. The app will be open for creators from all the big social media platforms. Currently a select number of creators have been invited, probably a move to create exclusivity. They’ve probably taken a page from Clubhouse’s launch which employed a similar strategy.
