Our focus was to drive sales consistently throughout the year, ensuring continuous engagement through targeted campaigns. We aimed to identify new potential target groups by exploring untapped audiences and expanding our reach. In parallel, we worked to shorten the customer journey by optimizing the user experience and streamlining the decision-making process. Additionally, we prioritized building brand awareness and strengthening employer branding, establishing a strong presence both as a trusted brand and an attractive employer.

Scope

We implemented a clear full-funnel strategy, using remarketing campaigns to re-engage users who had previously interacted with Idre Fjäll. By identifying and targeting a new audience—those who may not necessarily be skiers—we expanded our reach beyond the traditional customer base. To continually improve ad performance, we utilized A/B testing, allowing us to optimize campaigns over time. Additionally, we crafted a tailored ad structure with customized ads and messages for different user segments, ensuring maximum relevance at each stage of the customer journey.
