Digital business opportunities are not a buzz, it is instead a new way of being competitive. Until now, this has mostly been visible among B2C companies. B2B companies have, for various reasons, been haltering on their way to embrace digital sales channels. We believe that most, if not all, B2B brands are aware of the important role that digitals tools present today. It is still unlikely that all B2B brands overnight will turn into companies which only focus on creating sales from digital channels. This paper will not argue for a pivotal transformation from all B2B brands, instead is the purpose to highlight the importance of taking a small step towards an updated way of doing business.
